Made with organic green and red peppers, garlic, chicken, pork shoulder (chorizo optional), artichokes, asparagus and topped with lemon
Vegetable paella (GF, V)
Made with organic vegetable broth, green peppers, artichokes, broccoli and cauliflower mix and topped with asparagus.

Salmorejo
traditional creamy soup originating from Andalusia, southern Spain, made of tomato, bread, extra virgin olive oil and garlic. The salmorejo is served cold and may be garnished with diced Spanish ibérico ham and diced hard-boiled eggs.

This dish is made with fresh ahi tuna fillet and a delicious Asian sauce that will tantalize your taste buds. Layered with flavored chunks of avocado and topped with crunchy onion.

Torta de Santiago (GF) (in Galician) or Tarta de Santiago (in Spanish), literally meaning cake of St. James, is an almond cake or pie from Galicia with its origin in the middle ages and the Camino de Santiago. The ingredients mainly consist of ground almonds (almond flour), eggs, and sugar, with an additional touch of lemon zest.
