ABOUT US

Hola! we are Hector and Alex, two humble boys from Madrid who crossed paths in San Francisco, California in 2013. Our passion for good food with the best ingredients and our experience cooking paellas from a young age in Spain brought us to start teaching how to master the craft of cooking traditional paella in regular workshops in San Francisco for locals and travelers alike from all over the country.

THE BOYS

Hector works as an architect in SF and takes care of his vegetable garden in the backyard where most of the classes take place. He learned his mother’s paella recipes when he was little and has been spreading her knowledge for more than 10 years.

Alex works as an account manager, but his real passion is to surf! He's also been teaching Spanish for years and has all the necessary skills to make your experience unforgettable.
